Hello everyone,
The error 'The dynamic library 'rld.dll' failed to initialize (E0)' is usually caused by your anti-virus software trying to clean the The Sims 4 crack, and breaking it in the process. Note that the files are safe, assuming that you downloaded the game from Games4theworld. It's what we call a 'false-positive' warning; your anti-virus software thinks it's a virus, because of the way it's packed. (It looks similar to a virus, but it is not)
So, in order to fix this error, you must prevent your anti-virus software from 'cleaning' the file, by adding all of the game folders to your anti-virus software's exceptions list:
1. Open your anti-virus software and figure out how to add folders to the exceptions list. Sometimes there are two different lists for Realtime scans and manual/periodic scans.
2. Add the following folders to the exceptions list:
C:Program Files (x86)Electronic ArtsThe Sims 4
C:Program Files (x86)Electronic ArtsThe Sims 4__Installer
C:Program Files (x86)Electronic ArtsThe Sims 4Data
C:Program Files (x86)Electronic ArtsThe Sims 4Game
C:Program Files (x86)Electronic ArtsThe Sims 4Support
Sometimes adding only the first one works, but for some anti-virus software, like Norton, you really have to add all of the folders, as summed up above.
3. Since the old crack is already broken now, you have to re-crack the game. In order to do so, we recommend downloading the latest version of our Ultimate Fix and following the included instructions: http://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t18086-the-sims-4-ultimate-fix (This will also give you the latest available version of the game!)
4. After applying the latest version of the Ultimate Fix, you'll have the latest game version and working crack.
5. Start the game and... ENJOY playing!
